這位樂手是個菲律賓人
土生土長的喔！
據說他的鋼琴是自己聽音樂練出來的
沒有老師教他
然後我記得他好像很愛Art Tatum
所以他的曲風也走向了炫技、快速彈奏的方向

這張專輯如同標題，Wild Piano
完全就是炫技的表現
他彈得真的很快，技巧也很好
但是總覺得欠缺了一點點更足以辨識他的音色的東西
所以在我的感覺，他不屬於不可取代的樂手類型
沒特別想要收他的專輯
不過這樣也好，因為他的專輯又少又難找，哈哈

這位Bobby 兄跟台灣爵士樂發展是有點關係的

他當年在台灣的美軍俱樂部演奏 後來才到紐約發展

一些台灣的菲籍或台籍的老樂師 當年都與他合作過
